Ocie and Diane Clanton have been married for 35 years and are proud parents of three adult children and grandparents of four. As a Navy veteran, minister, and Christian chaplain, they've built their lives around faith, family, service, and hospitality.

Their goal is simple: for every guest to feel welcomed, respected, refreshed, and cared for. Ocie personally responds to guest questions and is available throughout your stay.

Yes — kids are welcome under adult supervision. It's a working farm, so we'll share a few simple guidelines for little ones exploring the grounds.
The cabin is not wheelchair accessible.
There's no Wi-Fi at the cabin. Guests use their phone's personal hotspot to get online if needed.
Moderate to strong signal with Verizon and other major carriers.
The cabin currently runs on a generator while permanent electrical service is being developed. Ocie provides complete operating details before arrival and is available to help throughout your stay.
Food & drink: groceries and drinks for your stay (the kitchen has a cooktop, microwave, Keurig & toaster, but no stocked pantry)

Comfort: flashlight or headlamp, phone charger & battery pack, layers for cool nights, comfortable outdoor shoes

Toiletries: your own toiletries and towels unless confirmed otherwise with Ocie

Outdoors: bug spray, sunscreen, and anything you'd like for exploring the farm

Connectivity: since there's no Wi-Fi, bring a phone plan that supports personal hotspot if you need to get online
